Slow Down

From day one, family members around us, urging us to be restless. The minute you found a slot of few hours free time, quickly fill up the gap with tuition or enhancement classes. Especially, living in a big city, people are so conscious about time and racing among themselves. Thus, more often we operate from the conscious mind.

When you are old enough, you come to realize, academic is not the main focus to achieve blissfulness in life. You started to look at people around us, those who success in life, be it a homemaker or a business wo/men, so long that they follow their heart and doing things that they enjoy, you could see the smile come from their heart instead of the skin of their face.

We choose our parents before we come to this world. Our parents are our main source of learning. And people around us are our teachers. Each step that we take, we encounter to have teachers around us. Their roles are to teach and remind us lessons that we must learn before we move to the next phase in life.

It could start of by the ignorance of our unconscious mind whispering to us softly and gently of what we need to do. Due to the information not getting through many times, then the message getting more obvious. It may be a harsh remark from a stranger that echo in you for days that your unconscious mind wants you to learn and follow your heart. We always consciously sweep it away as we thought ‘It doesn’t make sense!’ This goes till the lessons hit you hard enough, that is when you have already come to a junction to make a painful decision.

Our unconscious mind loves us dearly and knows what is best for us. So slow down and feel in side you before you rush through every move. Your unconscious mind communicates with you by feelings…

Go with the flow...

Hi,

Resistance occurs to most of us. We give reasons (excuses) to defend what we are avoiding. Though in side us, we know that we have ‘fear’ to face. Sometimes, we are aware of what we want to achieve, yet we tend to avoid the process of being excellence in the area (procrastination). This resulting ‘conflict’ within; sometimes we want to have the specific outcome, yet there are times we rather not to have this specific outcome (or delay). There may be lessons not learn or in the comfort zone. Most of the time is because the lessons given are not painful enough in order for us to move forward.

Our unconscious mind knows everything. Unconscious mind knows the ultimate objective that we have in side. If we trust ourselves (unconscious mind), we will be lead to our world of perfection.

Let’s say, there are some criteria that you want to meet in having a new career. Yet, you are unsure what profession could help you to gain the balance. This started of by the unconscious mind leads you to have the awareness of your desire. E.g. you met someone who is in a different field, maybe a professional trainer. And you are a cabin crew. Then, for some reasons you keep seeing the same person for number of times. Well, coincidence?!! (nothing is coincidence in the law of attraction). Along the way, you get chances to attend his/her trainings and the message is getting clearer to you that this is something you want to do in order to meet your criteria.

On the other hand, conscious mind start talking (resistance) ‘How can it be? I can never stand in front and talk to a group of people. I don’t want to go through all these hardship of attending courses to be a trainer…’ You have this resistance that you cannot accept the positive feeling (from unconscious mind) you have in side, at the same time, creating negative thoughts (conscious mind).

If resistance persists, you started to have doubt or conflict within. There are times you want to be a trainer, and at other times, you feel dreadful when you are operating on the ‘common sense’ (reasons or excuses for not doing it from the conscious mind).

The last phase is, when all the lessons learned and accept what it is. You let go of the resistance, and go with the flow (listen to your unconscious mind and follow your heart). This is the time when people call it ‘ready to embark’ to achieve your goals. This is applicable to having a new career, accepting a relationship, forgiving self, overcoming fear,…

There are times that the result may not seem pleasant or you may be stuck in a loop (having the same negative results). Stop analyzing (live at the present moment) as long as the lessons learned and it will lead you to move forward again.

The process can take years. Then how do you fasten it?

LISTEN TO YOUR HEART & GO WITH THE FLOW…
