Slow Down

From day one, family members around us, urging us to be restless. The minute you found a slot of few hours free time, quickly fill up the gap with tuition or enhancement classes. Especially, living in a big city, people are so conscious about time and racing among themselves. Thus, more often we operate from the conscious mind.

When you are old enough, you come to realize, academic is not the main focus to achieve blissfulness in life. You started to look at people around us, those who success in life, be it a homemaker or a business wo/men, so long that they follow their heart and doing things that they enjoy, you could see the smile come from their heart instead of the skin of their face.

We choose our parents before we come to this world. Our parents are our main source of learning. And people around us are our teachers. Each step that we take, we encounter to have teachers around us. Their roles are to teach and remind us lessons that we must learn before we move to the next phase in life.

It could start of by the ignorance of our unconscious mind whispering to us softly and gently of what we need to do. Due to the information not getting through many times, then the message getting more obvious. It may be a harsh remark from a stranger that echo in you for days that your unconscious mind wants you to learn and follow your heart. We always consciously sweep it away as we thought ‘It doesn’t make sense!’ This goes till the lessons hit you hard enough, that is when you have already come to a junction to make a painful decision.

Our unconscious mind loves us dearly and knows what is best for us. So slow down and feel in side you before you rush through every move. Your unconscious mind communicates with you by feelings…
