Know? Of course I know who I am! I am a lady, working as a flight attendant, youngest of six in the family, …

Those are just you temporally identities …...

What do you mean?

All these identities that you have mentioned, change moment to moment……..

Like you are a daughter in front of your parents, you are a flight attendant when you don on the uniform, you are a good friend when you are with your friends, ……

I mean, what is the ‘ONE’ in side you? The sum of all these identities?

Hmm….I never thought of that before… I am who I am…

Yes, I AM WHO I AM… that’s it, that’s the answer ………..

What??!! What do you mean that is the answer?

I AM ALL THERE IS… isn’t it easy………….

You are source of all there is ………..

All of us are ‘ONE’ ……...

Human mind tend to separate each and everything around us ………

What we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we must have a definite line or structure like a building, a phone ringing tone, a plate of food, a stalk of flower ……

All these are, …………… the same source of life. That is what we sense in the physical world ………...

There is always with separation among us in this world………

We like to categorize things, with levels, ranking, hierarchy, differences, classes, ……………….

All of us are the same, except we have different vibration……..

When you look closely at a table or chair, or anything solid, the (atom) vibration is much lower compare to a (what you so call) living thing …………..

A living thing can be as a life fish, flower, plant has much higher vibration. Therefore, you feel healthier when you consume fresh vegetable compare to having cooked vegetable. It is because the vibration in the fresh vegetable is higher………..

Everything in the universe is made of the source that is only one source, and some call it energy. That is no distinguish to all there is that is to the ONE ….…..

I really don’t what to say!! If there are no differences among all the things here, there should not be any polarity in this world….
