Stop Judging

One of my dear sisters whom now adopted a new hobby, that is to read. She now tells me how much she enjoy reading and how romance novels help her to improve certain areas in her life. Some of us may think that ‘Romance novel?? Self improvement??’ We tend to have a certain judgment that what is proper or not proper information to feed in our brain. Well, I would say, again, ‘Go with the flow because your unconscious mind knows everything and leads you to home.’

Think back when I was operating much on the conscious mind years ago. I forced feeding my brain by reading politics, business and finance material. I thought I would have opportunity to become someone ‘big’ by reading those reading material, but deep down in side my heart, I did not enjoy reading all those stuff and it was kind of stressful to understand them at the beginning.

Then when a huge incident happened years ago, I was sick of reading prolong, never ending threatening world news. I totally stopped reading for a while and then slowly I changed my direction in spending my time in helping others and work on other hobbies. At the same time, I was reading biographies and some other generally knowledge stuff. I took years and finally, I found out what I should do in order to help others effectively and become who I am today.

When I first feel like writing these essays to share, everything comes in handy. The first few times, I hypnotized myself (I am a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy) to use my unconscious mind to write. Then slowly, unknowingly the writing habit has already implanted in me and comes naturally. I have conquered the lack of confidence in my language and content in my writing after years of reading and life experience.

Hey, you too, can do great things of your dream. What makes me different from you? Aren’t you realize all of us are the same? Just follow your heart, go with the flow and learn with open heart without judgment.

Even if you attended the same lesson a hundred times, you will still learn something new….. IF ONLY YOU PAY ATTENTION.
